Nico's shoulders tense at her tone, though they relax the next moment. Akiha did apologize right away, and Nico was never fragile enough to take that sort of thing to heart anyway. Normally she'd just let it go, but...

Nico turns her head away, wrapping her arms around herself as she sways like a leaf in the wind. Her voice is nasal and choked, punctuated by a delicate sniffle.
